Request an appointment to experience it for yourself or contact us for more information!      <\/p>\n<h2>Rates for Your Dental services<\/h2>\n<p>The rates at Your Dental vary per service, and the final costs that remain for your own account depend, among other things, on your insurance. <u>We do not have contracts with health insurers<\/u>.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions regarding these costs, we recommend contacting your own insurance provider or discussing them with one of our staff members. Patients who choose to have their treatment claimed through us to their insurer will receive an invoice from Infomedics for any personal contributions or non-reimbursed portions. Invoices not settled at the reception desk will be claimed via Infomedics. Infomedics may charge additional fees in the event of overdue payments. Please include references to the Infomedics website and their terms and conditions.    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div>\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h2>Freedom of choice in care and responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At Your Dental, we have chosen not to enter into contracts with health insurers. This means that as a patient, you have complete freedom in your choice of care. However, we would like to inform you about the possible financial consequences of this choice so that you can make an informed decision.  <\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Higher personal contribution:<\/strong> When there is no contract between us and your health insurer, it is possible that your insurer will only reimburse part of the costs. This may mean that you have to pay a larger portion of the costs yourself. We recommend checking with your insurer to see what percentage of the costs is reimbursed.  <\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-weight: 600;\">No or limited reimbursement:<\/strong> Some insurance policies do not reimburse any costs for care provided by non-contracted healthcare providers. In that case, you are responsible for paying the full cost of the treatment. <\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Payment:<\/strong> Because there is no contract, you may be required to pay the full cost of the treatment. Depending on your insurance policy, we can claim part of the costs on your behalf from your health insurer. Invoicing is handled via the factoring company Infomedics. Patients who choose to have their treatment claimed through us to their insurer will receive an invoice from Infomedics for any personal contributions or non-reimbursed portions. This means it may take longer for your reimbursement to be processed by your health insurer. <\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Lower reimbursement for basic insurance:<\/strong> With some basic insurance policies, the reimbursement for care by non-contracted providers is lower than for contracted providers. This may result in you having to pay a larger amount yourself. <\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-weight: 600;\">No settlement with the deductible:<\/strong> Costs for care provided by us may be excluded by your health insurer from settlement with your deductible. This means you pay these costs in addition to your deductible. <\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Additional administrative burden:<\/strong> If you choose a healthcare provider without a contract, you may be responsible for submitting claims to your health insurer yourself. This can involve an additional administrative burden. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our advice:<\/strong> We advise you to contact your health insurer before your treatment to know exactly which costs are reimbursed and which are not. How does payment work if I do not have supplementary insurance and am new to the practice?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>For new patients who do not have supplementary insurance, the invoice must be settled immediately after treatment. This policy has been introduced to prevent misuse of our services. Once you are known as a reliable payer, we can submit the invoice for you via Infomedics. However, for new patients without supplementary insurance, immediate payment is mandatory. Do you work with my health insurer?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We do not have direct contracts with health insurers for dental treatments. However, you can have your invoice submitted by us, through Infomedics, to your health insurer for possible reimbursement, depending on your policy conditions. <strong>However, you remain responsible for checking your insurance coverage. How will I receive my invoice?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We use Infomedics for the financial processing of our treatments. After your treatment, you will receive the invoice via Infomedics. They handle the processing and sending of the bill, provided you meet our policy for returning patients. We advise you to keep a close eye on Infomedics&#8217; payment terms, as we do not have the capacity to monitor this for every patient.   <\/p>\n<h3><strong style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">4. Can I pay the bill in installments?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Infomedics offers the possibility to pay the bill in installments, depending on the outstanding amount. You can contact Infomedics to discuss the options. What if my health insurer does not reimburse the treatment?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If your health insurer does not (fully) reimburse the treatment, you are responsible for paying the remaining amount. The invoice will be sent to you via Infomedics, and you can settle it directly. What payment options are available?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We prefer payments via debit card. Cash payments are preferably not accepted. Additionally, you can pay the invoice via Infomedics, where various online payment options are available, such as iDEAL. However, this only applies to patients who have been with the practice for a longer period and are known as reliable payers. How can I contact Infomedics for questions about my invoice?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you have questions about your invoice, you can contact Infomedics directly via their customer service. The contact details are listed on the invoice you receive from them. We advise patients to keep track of their own contact moments with Infomedics, as we are not a collection agency and cannot do this for you.  <\/p>\n<h3><strong style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">8. What happens if I cannot pay immediately after the treatment?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you do not have supplementary insurance and cannot pay immediately, we request that you contact us in advance to discuss any payment arrangements. However, for new patients without supplementary insurance, immediate payment is mandatory. I do not want you to invoice via Infomedics; how can I pay then?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you do not wish to be invoiced via Infomedics, you can pay the bill at our practice immediately after the treatment. We prefer payments via debit card. Cash payments are preferably not accepted. What should I do if I am under guardianship (bewindvoering)?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you are under guardianship, it is important that you inform us of this prior to the treatment. We can then coordinate with you and your guardian how the financial processing will take place. In many cases, the guardian will arrange the payment directly, and we can make agreements regarding the processing of the invoice in consultation.  <\/p>\n<h3><strong style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">11. Are extra costs charged by Infomedics for late-paid invoices?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yes, Infomedics may charge additional fees if you do not pay on time. These are established nationally by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa). This regulation is intended to better inform you as a patient so that you can make an informed choice about your care.
