- Our dental technician will begin creating your whitening tray.
- After approximately ten days, you can collect your custom-made whitening tray—along with the whitening gel—at our practice. You will then have everything you need to safely whiten your teeth yourself.
Whitening your teeth yourself: receive comprehensive information
When you visit us, you will receive comprehensive instructions. For example, we will explain that your teeth must be completely clean and brushed before inserting the whitening tray. We will also show you where to apply the whitening gel. Naturally, we also provide information on how long to wear the tray and when you can eat and drink again.
